On the Front Lines of Progress and Protection
This project involved designing a comprehensive emergency operations and preparedness framework for nuclear and radiological facilities, translating complex federal regulations into clear, executable procedures. The program organizes command structures, response protocols, equipment standards, and role responsibilities into a system teams can follow during drills, inspections, and live incidents. Emphasis was placed on usability and rapid decision-making so personnel can act confidently under pressure rather than search through policy documents. The result is a structured, performance-focused training and reference guide that improves readiness, coordination, and accountability across departments. This approach directly benefits organizations operating in regulated or high-risk environments by strengthening compliance, reducing operational risk, and improving real-world response capability
